yo guys here is the question
Do Surge, Revive, Promote have any utility?
I use Surge on Captain Teemo sometimes and its freaking cool, giant teemo incooooming... but except this i found no other use of this spell are they maybe available in Dominion?

Pop surge when placing turrets as Heimerdinger, they will be stronger.

Lategame Mundo is quite OP with revive

Chauster used Promote Sona very well at the Regionals last weekend. after seeing that I will definietly work on doing something similar with my Sona builds

Surge works for a few champs, like Jax, Twisted Fate, Kayle, Teemo, Cho'Gath, Kog'Maw generally people who have an ability granting an on-hit magic damage effect.

hum could work support + promote but rly is it viable only if u gained a certain skillcap and u have a nice team
I dont see it in solo Q rankeds

"Surge works for cartain champs" ok but other spell are more usefull like Ignite

It also depends on your goals. The reason teh Chauster was able to pull of Promote Sona so well is because CLG's goal to win was to mobile and split push as much as possible for awin in the mid-game. Is it viable in SOlo Queue? most likely it isn't unless you can coordinate with your teammates to establish this goal to win.
