Pretty much everything else i've seen in this thread... didn't live up to the standards i had. But this is simply amazing. I can't express myself on how good this is.

Here is some of my non-LoL work, it's kinda old though :/

@Greynade Nice work as always :-) however, I feel that if you sharpen the person in the middle it'll look better, sort of looks blurred compared to the rest ~ unless this was the effect
@The_Nameless_Bard Nice xD Looks itchy though xD
@GothaX First work is nice, good use of c4d and lighting. Doctor who is an awesome composition and idea. Seen the child sitting down one before somewhere, looks similar to something I've seen, nice work nevertheless. not too sure on the last one, text sort of ruins it and the lighting and depth is slightly off. :)

For the second one i had an inspiration. There was a tutorial with a completely different outcome, but i didn't follow any part of it, and the only part i "copied" was the idea of a floating flat island with a shape of a circle
I followed a tutorial on the third one, where i used the same background stock, and the render from the kid. Not as impressive, i know, but i did end up learning a trick or two, so it's all good for me :3
The 4th one is the oldest of them all. I actually thought the first comment would be on the lighting - i feel like i ****ed the sig up by messing that department.
But hey, thanks a lot for the comment and criticism. I really appreciate it!

not even remotely...one of the plies in the yarn is 80-20 Merino Silk (AKA really soft) and the Bluefaced Leicester is pretty soft as well...
more than anything, it's extremely warm.

I've used this render a lot recently.
But I tried another style (I think) mainly just used some clipping masks and tried to blend it as best as I could. I've yet to really find a good C4D tutorial or something that would lead to
THIS:

The above is something I found on fringefx. I believe it involves a lot of pen tooling. I just can't find anything that might give me an idea to how this style is done. It's something I really enjoy, the colors and lighting are so amazing to me. Either way. My current post (above the spoiler) is a lame attempt at emulating something even remotely similar at least in terms of atmosphere. T_T
