If you go AP Teemo its easy to get high damaging shrooms. I really don't think Teemo is OP. I played him from 1-30 and at the very least 200 more games after that. He's annoying but not OP. Easy to deal with. Obviously he has his match ups but all champs do.[/quote]

MR aside, shrooms need a minimum of 500 AP to deal 1000 damage. AP Teemo has more than 500 AP and some magic pen too with full build so his shrooms will deal ~1000 damage to carries. Ouch.[/quote]
