Rengar and Kha'Zix both have a burst that lasts a very small amount of time and can EASILY drop an ADC before the team or ADC can respond. The difference? Rengar will do it with seconds to spare AND heal back half his HP. There is a reason Rengar is banned constantly in Ranked and tier one on elementz competitive tier as opposed to Kha'zix being rated third.

You see Rengar do that all the time, plus healing obscenely. Not to mention if you're running from him and pass a single brush you're screwed.
Anyway, I always ban both if possible, I can't be ***ed to deal with any of them.
