You can see it if you edit your profile. If you have a gold/plat/diamond rating you can get it verified by a Vet/Mod so you get an icon in your profile and next to your posts.
I believe we're planning on having separate indicators for each queue that you have a gold+ rating in. The one next to every post will show your highest rating.
So if you have gold in soloqueue, plat in 3v3 and silver in 5v5 arranged, it'll show a plat 3s rating next to your posts and such while your 3v3 and soloqueue badges will appear on your profile.

I thought the plan was to only show solo queue?

Soo, I'm currently at 1390 3v3 ranked (5 wins, 0 losses)
and solo que 1278 ELO (about 34W - 25L)
What ELO do you need in 3v3 and solo que for gold ?
Then other question regarding to the rewards.
When is the Season 2 over and when are the prizes given ?
Are they given instantly after reaching gold elo at ANY kind of que ?
For example; if I get 3v3 ranked gold elo, do I get rewards instantly ?
