Luther Rages Part II - The Goldening

Our lane was quite easy for the most part, with Maokai securing a great first blood on Ashe by flashing over the tribush wall and holding her in place. We got a lot of ganks from Maokai and Eve and ended the lane pretty early with a lot of kills so that I could buy Triforce and join in teamfights mid. We learned after the game that their bot was also duo and Ashe is now 1554 Elo. I got caught out by a Skarner flash ult in mid, which prompted me to buy QSS as my next item after Triforce even though I generally avoid buying it. Unfortunately it became clear at this point that Eve was an asshole, complaining constantly about everything even though we were ahead. This made me a little nervous and I probably ended up making mistakes in fights because of it, although eventually I just blocked him. This was by far the closest game so far with several even teamfights and we were even aced trying to take baron at one point. My CS was terrible this game, mostly because the game was so close I didn't want to leave the team for too long in case something happened. My damage also suffered from delaying IE. Fortunately though Jayce was fed as well and after a long series of fighting around mid lane we took an inhibitor. Eventually the game ended when Jayce ran into their team near the wraith bush and Skarner wasted his ult on him. Jayce survived due to being incredibly tanky and we are able to ace them in the enclosed space and take the nexus.
