Only if Aphromoo is recruited to a better team than MME-Ferris. Or the "top" teams start running Draven over Corki, Ezreal, Graves....
The reason there is so much risk is due to his early game damage output (which we know).
I'd like to see some QoL changes...Like why on earth should the enemy team see where my Spinning Axe is going? For the most part though that's it...They can't really do anything to him because he would just rapes face harder than he can now, granted the damage output without spinning axe and or crits...Is relatively low compared to the output with it up but that isn't an excuse to buff him.
Bottom line a Draven player is rewarded for being able to play Draven well. Less experienced players (like myself some days) don't have the muscle memory or reflexes (yet) to keep up with Draven's fast paced style.
