there are a few typos in the last paragraph of her lore D:
but since her spells have a long CD and a ton of utility (grabs, fears, and stuns) id think of her as more of a support than an assassin, her ult sounds like a mix of oris and amumus ult and i sorta dont like the idea of that D: id lower the damages on it by a lot and she would be a great support champion
and make her scaling be a bit lower and the damages a bit lower on her Q and like i said youd have a good support

Then one day while strolling through her village she found an antique store. She always loved antique stores so she went in. She became bored while looking around, until she saw a white mask. It seemed to remind her of her father, who bled out from her brother. She bought it, but never wore it. Until there was a SIGHTING of her brother who was thought dead. He was seen on the border of her village, slaughtering all in his path and laughing gleefully. But when she heard this news he was already in the town. She needed to hide. The mask was the only way, so she wore it, and a voice immediately interrupted her thoughts. It sounded friendly, but harsh. Helpful, but strict. It told her of a means to defend herself. A tree, and its canopies held an apple. She almost didnāt believe it, but she was desperate and confused from all this information. So she went. She climbed the tree, but it was hard with only one arm. But upon reaching the treeās canopy, she foundā¦an apple. She ate it, and found that she could control the part of her dress that covered her arm like it was he arm. She hurried back to her village, but it was too late. Everyone dead. Her brother gone. A man gave her his journal. She read and found out where her brother was headed. Where she must now head to. The Fields of Justice.

ROLE: AD Champion (Support, Assasin, Jungler)
NAME: Decorus Nexa
LOOK: She has a white mask on with her black hair showing. She has a dress on that also covers her right arm and goes down to her waste before going behind her legs. She has boots on that cover her whole legs, and the feet are like Eliseās. Donāt worry, hereās my drawing of her if you donāt quite get it! And Iāll explain all the clothing in the lore.
SOUNDS:
Upon selection: Iā¦will help youā¦but only because he saysā¦
Right clicking on the ground (moving): Heā¦says yes/ I will listenā¦and agree/ You are not the only oneā¦telling me/ He agrees withā¦your request/ I shall do as heā¦as you say.
Right clicking on an enemy (attacking): Heā¦and Iā¦are eager/ They mustā¦feel the pain/ Youā¦and heā¦are right/ Heā¦shows me their weakness/ Attackingā¦is his commandā¦and yours.
Recalling: She kneels down and cups her mask in her hands.
Upon death: But he saidā¦he would save meā¦
Auto Attack: Decorus hits her enemy with her left hand.
Joke: I'm not crazy...the voice in my head said I wasn't crazy.../ They wonder whyā¦I am so goodā¦ (Decorus flips her hair back with her left arm)
Taunt: You couldnāt handleā¦the truth/ What fool brought youā¦to here? (Decorus flings her dress on her right arm forward, then snaps it back like a whip)
Dance: Dancingā¦brings memoriesā¦ (Decorusā dress covering her right arm extends, and she twirls it around her)
Laugh: (She uses her dress covering her right arm to cover her mouth as she laughs)
POSSIBLE SKINS:
Cowgirl Decorus - Her right arm dress (thingy) is replaced by a lasso that she rounds up her enmies with!
Cyborg Decorus - With advanced technology, Decorus has replaced her right arm with an extendable cyborg arm. Nifty!
Masquerade Decorus - Decorus's mask is that of a masquerade ball, and she is dressed in a formal gown with her right arm dress having a frill at the end.
Feel free to add your ideas to the skins!
ABILITIES:
The voice (Passive)
Decorusā voice in her head gives her +3 (+1 per level) attack damage every second she doesn't attack. Goes up to 30 attack damage.
Graceful Grab (Q)
Decorus uses the dress that covers her right arm and flings it forward, grabbing the first enemy unit it touches and pulls herself to them, decreasing their movement by 10/25/40/55/70% and dealing 70/90/100/130/160 (+1.0 per attack damage) damage.
Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14
Range: 1010
Look (and sound): Decorus puts her right arm forward and her dress extends. When it touches the enemy it coils around them and pulls them towards Decorus. (It makes the sound of a whip)
Acrobatic Arts (W)
Decorus dodges the next incoming attack and gains +30/50/70% attack speed for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds.
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
Look (and sound): An aura glows around Decorus (no sound).
The Mask (E)
Toggle On/Off
Toggle on: Decorus wears her mask, and while her mask is on she gains +5/10/15% increased health regeneration.
Mana Cost (per second): 5
Cooldown: 0.5
Look: Decorus picks up her mask with both hands and puts it on.
Toggle off: Decorus takes off her mask, fearing enemies within (500) range for 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

Look: Decorus takes off her mask with both hands and puts it behind her back.
Deadly Dance(R)
For 5 seconds, Decorus gains +20/30/40 movement speed, decreases any slows, stuns, and fears by 5/10/15%, and deals 50/80/110 (+2.0 of bonus attack damage) damage to enemies within 250/300/350 range of her.

Growing up in a poor neighborhood, it was never easy for Decorus. She never made any friends. They either teased her about her name, or didnāt come close to her because of her insane brother. Her father brought her brother in one day when she was six, and laid him on the table. He had to strap her brother down, and said while he was doing so to go to her room. After that, everything went downhill. She barely saw her father, her mother was killed by her brother, and her friends left her. But one day when her father was sleeping and she was in her room playing with her dolls that she made, she heard her door creak open. She turned around and froze. Her brother stared at her with a smile he was born with. The smile that she hated, feared, and was just scared of. He had a knife in his hand. He was five at the time. She screamed and tried to rush past him but he grabbed her by her hair. Then he dragged her and strapped her on the table he was first strapped in. Then he cut her face and cut off her right arm. Thatās when her father came in. He grabbed her brother by the arm but her brother stabbed her father in the arm. She screamed. The door slammed open and her neighbors came in. They freed Decorus and strapped down her brother, then they took her in.
They gave her a dress that went down to her waist and covered her right arm, which was healed thanks to recovery and help of her neighbors. The house that her brother was strapped in was burned down. Decorus was fifteen at the time.
