Okay, because it doesn't scale with crit, I wouldn't get it, maybe if jungling. And 
Statikk Shiv would be better for him anyway.

Well boots 3 hp pots....
then tiamat blood thirster phantom dancer guardian angel infinity edge and finally a LS or BC depending on what you feel like. you die alot until blood thirster gets leveled, then your good until teamfights start you need PD to stay alive and finally GA, IE, LW to top off the cake xD it's hilarious. sell Tiamat for GA thou finally figured that little part out helped the end game massively. Sadly didn't even get to use it never died lol.

don't rush tia just buy the good stuff then when you have t3h boots upgraded and a zeal, vampic scepter then buy tia, order matter I suppose,
When I don't use tia I build boots pots zeal then rush infinity edge sliding a vampiric scepter in when I get spare gold then BT PS GA LW or BT LW PD GA honestly It's diffrent every game lol

I have seen quite a few Tryndamere's lately none of them seem to know how to use him...at all then I am all like get out my house lol....

Saw a Trynd get a pentakill in 1100 elo recently and go 21/7/2. His masteries were 22-0-8. He had some ****py runes(some of them were teir 2):
4 Greater Mark of Scaling Attack Damage; 3 Greater Mark of Attack Damage; 1 Greater Mark of Critical Damage;
3 Greater Seal of Attack Speed; 4 Greater Seal of Scaling Attack Damage; 1 Greater Seal of Critical Chance
3 Greater Quintessence of Scaling Attack Damage
1 Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction; 1 Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction; 7 Greater Glyph of Scaling Attack Damage
He had Bezerker's Grieves, Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer, Black Cleaver, Blood Thirster and a Dagger with 230 minions killed. He basically said he either wins or strait up looses depending on if they leave him alone when split pushing.
He had good synergy with a team consisting of shen, morgana, ezreal, sona. Morgana kept him from being cced too much and sona helped him move faster and shen was there to help split push.
