For balance reasons, Riot does not make champions that are both awesome in lane and awesome late game. You have to pick one or the other. What you might like is a lane bully with really good laning. While you don't necessarily have the best late game as a lane bully, you can dominate your lane so hard that your opponent never gets past their early game and you get to your late game items before most other people do. If you haven't tried [[Rengar]] or [[Jayce]], they can be very good at this sort of thing. [[Kayle]] is another great option, though she's most effective whens he builds full AD and so gets very squishy as the game progresses. [[Lee Sin]] is also very strong in lane, although he's very hard to play.[/quote]
