Call me bias ( Singed is my main), but I don't think it's an easy match for Nidalee. I feel that Singed can catch up to Nidalee quite frequently and fling her, and that it is fairly easy to juke spear.
Autoattacks can hurt, but Singed can play smart to minimize the harass taken, and naturally outscales Nidalee which is why when I verse a Nidalee top, it is kind of annoying, moreso than hard, for the first few levels but does often lead to me winning the game, and that makes me happy. :)
Still, the guide is great and informative.
However, as numerous people have said I don't too much like your masteries. Butcher is near useless, even on a jungler and Demolitionist is practically useful too, but borderline viable thanks to the AS from Primal Surge; but only if you are purely going to splitpush. I also don't think you need Arcane Knowledge if you aren't building AP, and think you may benefit more from taking Vampirism and abusing your lane sustain or even taking Lethality as suggested previously.
Ok I accept your opinion :) Singed definitely outscales Nidalee, this is true. My match up section is only about the lane, as multiple characters who are not difficult in lane (Olaf, Malphite) are simply going to be more useful than Nidalee at 40 mins into the game. But that is beyond our control, but is also obviously not a gamebreaker, else no one would play Renekton or Nidalee over Olaf, Singed or even Poppy.
As for masteries, you guys have convinced me against taking butchery, but I still feel as though my reasons are solid for the rest of them. Thanks for your input though!
Also... I seem to have 6 people voting, but my guide only says 5 votes total... o.O

It is clear that a lot of thought was put into this guide. The explainations for the ablities really caught my attention. The Tips and Tricks are very useful. The showing the locations to wall jump is very useful. I find that that's one of the hard things for a nidalee to master, knowing where the walls are short enough to jump.
As far a items go, I think that its more on the tanky side, which isn't bad, but have a bit more damage could be very useful, especially if you plan on split-pusshing lanes.
It might be helpful at level 1 to trap up your jungle, or some places that lead up to yout lane. By trapping up your jungle, it will help your jusngler avoid counter junglers: shacos, shyvannas, lee sins, ect; and by placing them in the river, you may prevent early ganks. When most people step on a trap they will just return to there jungle. And because it will drain your mana, just simply port back to base to restore your mana and with the MS that you have, you can start a 4th pot and still make it to lane without missing a creep. (Btw, I'm the friend that Teyso talked about.)
Like i said at the beginning, great guide. :)
You've done a great job so far :) Good use of humor with the memes, and great explanations throughout! I especially like how you structured your abilities explanation chapter! (When I get around to reworking my Maokai Guide would it be okay with you if I did something similar?) Especially nice use of columns and dividers in your Items Chapter!
Here's some suggestions for improving the guide:

.
Pro's / Con's Chapter
Helpful Hints Chapter
Laning Phase Chapter
Teamfight Phase Chapter
and maybe just a tiny bit in your champion Match-ups Chapters.

[*] A quick note about bb-code, you did a great job bb-coding stuff, but try to not use too much bb-code. In your items chapter especially, it is okay to just bb-code an item or champion once, the reader can mouse over the first instance of it in each section. It will flow better when being read. Example: Frozen Heart showed up a lot in the discussion of some of your items, it doesn't need the bb-code to show it 4 times in the same paragraph.

Again, great guide! You've got fantastic information and explanations in the guide, now it just need a little help with the visuals. I really like how many extra things you put extra work into to explain.
It is great already, and deserves more attention, so here is my up-vote.
Props for a great first guide!

P.S. PM me if you have any questions or want to discuss it more :)
P.S.S. I don't know if you can tell, but I was being pretty nit-picky with the review... That is a good thing! It means you've done an awesome job with most everything else, and in order to help i'm pointing out mostly just small stuff.
You have 30 % crit chance, but you don't take Lethality ? Also Deadliness , that you have to take in order to get Lethality , is a pretty good mastery for any AD champ. Sunder on the other hand is not really, 6 ArPen is close to nothing.
Your Pros/Cons section doesn't look too good, try to make the spaces smaller between the text and the images.
You could put your screenshots in spoilers, so the page loads faster and the guide looks neater.
Try to add some screenshots on where to ward.
Your match up section is not complete, but you know that :P
Other than that, very nice guide. Maybe some parts look a bit like a wall of text, so try to make use of BBCoding and/or colors. My ratings for now:
Appearance: 6/10
Cheat Sheet: 8/10
Contents: 7/10
A 7 it is, gratz with my upvote :)
I disagree with the masteries, but it is completely personal preference :P
Everything else you said was a) true and b) very helpful (I agree that some parts do look a bit "wall of text"y. Thanks very much!
