Tbh, Runaan's Hurricane is only ridiculous atm on Kog'Maw. The other AD carries don't have strong enough on-hit effects for it unless they also build Blade of the Ruined King.
And then on Graves and Ashe, it's more like extra utility.

Btw, where'd you get this info? I found a website, but it had different names like instead of "Shard of True Ice", it was "Kage's Final Breath".

@ Lugignaf - Heart of Gold is currently not available on any map in the PBE so I am sticking with it's removed from game for now
@ Psiguard - The point is not to be nitpicky about every little detail, but to give guide writer's a heads up for major item changes (reworks, not just changes) and recipe changes. So I will put the recipe changes in but for example, I can't update Aegis of the Legion at the moment because it's already in the game.
@ jhoijhoi - That's the icons for them in the PBE right now and a few I found on the internet, also I had to make the enchantment icons myself since I couldn't find the files anywhere. Yeah idk why they look different.
