If they want their signatures, they'll come to my store and get them. It's not my responsibility to chase down absent-minded requesters. 2) I dislike making more than one thing for one person at a time. I find it unreasonable to assume someone will want to make multiple items for one sole person - what do I get out of it? Are you going to say "thank you" 5 times? Are you going to go out of your way to give me 5 +rep? It's easier and nicer if a person only requests one item per submission. 3) I only make stamps for people with guides, or who can actually use stamps. What are you going to use them for? Linking random guides in your signature? Users who don't have guides but request stamps receive what I've made you. 4) Some of those skins/champions didn't fit the theme I wanted, so I changed them/removed them. 5) Hope you like.
