But given the cost increase to [[phage]] it may actually work out. Might test going [[Phage]] --> [[Zeal]] then turning that zeal into [[Statikk Shiv]] before going tri-force. Either way it's just pbe and will need more testing on a live environment. P.S. - Boots2 with Alclarity + Tri-force + Statikk Shiv on a Nidalee...... ya good luck catching her[/quote]

Tenacity on it means they can get other boots ([[Ionian Boots of Lucidity]]?), and the ASPD means more autoattacks in-between cooldowns.[/quote]

It gives pretty miniscule AD, and minor CDR for the price, and really, why buy [[Zephyr]] when you can buy a [[Bloodthirster]] for the damages or [[Frozen Mallet]] for tankiness + utility. Yeah, there's the whole tenacity thing, but it's overpriced, most of the money goes on the AS and you'll never build [[Stinger]] on [[Urgot]]/[[Talon]]/[[Pantheon]].[/quote]
