Well, a border around it or something too? Perhaps Riot will release official images, maybe wait til then... maybe they're remaking the art for the other items to fit these new items? o.o

I think Torment will be relevant on Cass specially after she gets Rilay, probably on Rumble and most likely on Swain as well

ya I highly doubt Liandry's Torment will be a target item on LeBlanc. She's a burst mage/assassin and getting that wouldn't really make sense considering it's based off their current health. And since the item is worded as "dealing spell damage" I interpret it to mean that the damage is calculated before hand. So if you full combo someone with leblanc their hp will already be very low and the item deals bonus damage on their current health
so basically you burst someone down to 20% hp, it deals damage based on their 20% hp, which wouldn't really be effective on her
