Pretty much sums it up.

what is your purpose of quoting yourself and then adding something new?
Please do show me 1 riven guide that is from a "non-official" which is better than the current nr. 1 rated riven guide.
In " % " there is no better and I just added sth. new cause I didn't like sth. You seem to not get the topic pls stop writing here, seriously I don't get you. The thing isn't that every Guide written by a Scout/Vet/mod isn't worse than an other from a "normal member" the problem is that commonly they get on the Top. But seriously, either read the whole Thread carefully or try to phrase your statements correctly.

I think part of it is that the members who have been around for a while (Scouts, Vets and Mods) get a pretty good sense of their capabilities as well as what a good guide looks like. The ones that actually have the know-how and the motivation to write guides will generally write good ones. Then you'll usually see a lot of other vets and scouts that are friends on the author swing by to give the first round of criticism, which means these guides get a lot of feedback quickly and can improve right away.
I don't think there's a problem where voters just see a scout/vet/mod tag and upvote. I think it's that scouts/vets/mods tend to write better guides because they have more experience with what voters like to see as well as access to some of the more reliable sources of criticism.
And yes, some of these members became prominent after they wrote a top-rated guide. I wasn't even very active on the forums before I wrote my Alistar guide, which rose to the top of the list pretty quickly (though looking back on it, it was actually pretty bad :P). I had I believe 3 top guides before I was promoted to veteran (this was before the editor/scout system). Prominent guide authors tend to become more invested in the site, and thus earn Rep, get more attention, post more often and more helpfully and get promoted.
You're right that quality guides and prominent forum members are connected, but I don't think that popularity on the forums is what's netting all these votes. There are problems with the voting system, but to be honest, I don't think this is one of them.
I think it's quite clear that they are really writing better guides than "normal" members and that they have more experience, but many votes are still rash , im very sure about that , surely they're good but maybe others would deserve it also to get on the top. The thing is that a normal member never would as many votes as a Vet/Scout/Mod, that's a fact.

FTFY
and how would you know that it is a fact. Because justifying premises with saying its fact is not enough imo. Vets do way better guides than normal members and on the contrary of always getting top guides they get trollvoted to hell and we see some top

They got to where they are by being amazing, and if they write a good guide, they deserve the votes. If their guides were terrible, I don't think they would get to where they are now.
1) Except for knwoing the game, vets etc. (most of them at least) also invest a heck of time into a guide, time "normals" didn't want to patch in for sth like that.
2) IMO there ARE some pretty good guides out there which would rival the top pnes written by vets etc., problem is that they simply drown in the MobaFire bog pool of bad guides...

Let me just summarise that quote for ya:
Vets are better at writing guides, i'm the allknowing god so i determine that they get too many votes, they're the best guides but others do for some reason unknown to any mobafire member deserve to be on top, others don't get as many votes as vets i determine that's a fact.
Correct me if i understood anything wrong.

Man, the thing is that some Vets/Scouts are getting on the Top cause they are on this Rank, that's my thought. But I also know that some deserve it and some guides are with reason on top. I hope I phrased it enough clear.

How many times do the people in this thread, including Matt, an owner of the site, have to say that people with titles GOT THEM AFTER THEIR GUIDES. In some rare cases guides are written after a title is achieved - look at my Warwick and Nasus guides written after getting Vet, they are by no means 95% the way my original guides BEFORE I was Vet are scored.

If a vet writes a bad guide, other vets actually downvote and/or point out what's wrong with it.
Same thing applies for guides written by players with high ELO. One example is that
