I think he has good displacement capabilities, he's also able to give a troubled mate basically a jail out of prison card, his Q animation "stuns" the target for a bit while he does the pull (unlike blitz' pull), E further displaces. Only the ultimate really confused me.
He seems like a really complex champ but with great potential

@GMD: Passive says "dead enemies", not "units he kills" or something of sorts, so that sounds like he could support perfectly and, unless a total idiot (in terms of position), greatly use your mate's farm to boost himself.

Yeah, he "seems" tanky. He doesn't gain armor or mres per level, but as long as he's around minions when they die, he can become innately tankier and spend his gold on wards and CDR items (in other words, Locket). So if your carry can't CS for ****, you're boned.

Not sure. It doesn't say anything about your carry having to last hit the minions in order for them to drop souls either.

I was thinking he could just top lane and play it out as a utility mage/tank.
His skills seem to go against the purpose of taking ranged champions top. I mean, you're supposed to poke at a distance, not to grab Darius into your face.
