I played him on the PBE. He's actually decent top lane aside from having no true escape. His ranged is nice because you can get free trade on most champs. The amount of souls you have is also added as bonus magic damage on every auto. I build AS and Health, with a hurricane and wits he hits pretty fast and really hard once you get a lot of souls. He's really fun but does take some getting used to.
he just looks cooler and cooler the more i watch his previews.
