Shen is already a super slow jungler. I understand what you're trying to do with this CD thing, but it does not work at all. It just makes annie's clear time look good.

This guide is quiet unique compared to all the other Shen guides I have seen. It really makes me question his skill set and other ways to utilize him. Quiet often when I play Shen I am low on energy because of all the burst I do with E-Q-W combo and leave myself useless the rest of the fight.

The CDR and lack of the Q ability means that he will fully utilize his taunt and shield abilities.

When I first saw the itemization I couldn't imagine what you were thinking, but now that I've looked at it, it has really been considered.

I frankly don't think should be there. has no AD scaling on skills and you'll need to build attack speed for it to actually work. By the way, is now , which is obviously weaker for since it's now a crit item, but still better for than .

A few adjustments you might wanna consider:

1. The one point in utility is not worth it. Half a second less cast time and no CDR on ? Not worth it unless you are also running .

2. I think you should try 9/21/0.

3. I frankly think you should start Q. Maybe QWEWWR or QWWEWR would be better depending on which level you gank.
