Ezreal isn't even THAT strong right now, jus' sayin'. He's picked because he's so safe, but his laning isn't even that great and his DPS is comparatively pretty bad. The destruction of his W and the three nerfs in a row to 
Trinity Force hurt him more than you realize.
As a side effect, Corki is actually pretty bad now. I won't be surprised if we see other ADs becoming popular after the next big tournament.

EDIT: Maybe Caitlyn too. Haven't seen a Cait/Nunu lane lose at high elo in quite a while.
And FalseoGod, I wasn't really exaggerating. Removing the on-hit quality of his Q means, he basically can't kite, can't sustain from range and can't crit with it (Q can crit right?). If they hit his E as well, I really don't see why he would be played. You're asking to nerf the two things that give Ezreal his viability -- poking/kiting and survivability.

so far i havnt lost a Cait+Nunu lane and cait seems strong to me if you can use her net right you can get out of ganks well because it can slow and her traps are good for tower divers and stopping ganks and last hitting is easier with her because of her headshot
