edit: being better.

I think they recently updated it ques are longer but there more accurate and players are more you skill level. I noticed i been winning alot more games not sure if thats related maybe im just getting alot people near me now.

They changed it to factor in number of wins recently.

It's really frustrating, I used to use normal for tryharding and doing dumb ****, now I get people around my skill level most of the time -_-'

I have been doing a lot of premade lately with two of my friends who are way better then me and they have more wins, so I think its making it a little harder for me, but I guess that's good since I have to push my self harder to get better

i normally premade with two of my friends and we all have around 200-300 wins so its making our teams a lot more balanced, sadly people with 200-300 wins arnt that great at the game
