If they hit a wall from pretty much any angle they're stunned. Tips are having another laner who can CC them so you position with
Tumble to
Condemn. Sometimes you can also bait someone into bushes with walls where you can easy condemn. Finally
Final Hour can allow you to initiate on people from weird places (bushes) and stun them.
You usually build
Vampiric Scepter, berserker greaves,
Phantom Dancer/ stattik shyv,
Bloodthirster, stuff.

You usually build

1. Clip them is enough :P
2.
Bloodthirster is better against people that die fast,
Blade of the Ruined King is better against high health target. So if the enemies are building health, you build
Blade of the Ruined King, if they are not/barely, then take
Bloodthirster.
As
Vayne though, you already have an anti %health ability, working with true damage! So
Bloodthirster might be a better pick for
Vayne anyway :D
Hope this helped :D

-Any amount of contact with a wall is usually enough to stun. Towers count too, even if they're destroyed.
-General Vayne build is like:
Bloodthirster,
Phantom Dancer,
Last Whisper,
Guardian Angel /
Quicksilver Sash /
Warmog's Armor,
Infinity Edge. You can build the PD first if you're maxing W.
-I believe
Blade of the Ruined King only becomes better than
Bloodthirster when your target has over 1500 health, meaning they need 3000+ health for it to be better most of the time.

-I believe

I really don't like it myself and I think it's definitely more of a lategame item. Like on an AD who builds IE first you might choose to get it later over BT if people are stacking health. Even then I'd probably just get BT though because it's more consistent.
just stack As+AD.
Silver Bolts is true damage based on HP, so i think
Blade of the Ruined King won't be necessary.

Thanks for the quick responses. The broken down turret stuns are so nice lol, does anivia's wall work with it tough? Also paired with this new champ thresh....OMG, the pure amount of knock backs and positioning combos is nasty especially when he get's his ult. Just been messing around on intermediate bot matches but has been fun lol.
@BusDriver210: Yea thats what I'm really not sure about, the active effects are the only reason I'm really looking at BotRK that quick boost to health and movement speed seems like it could be deadly.
@Pheyniex her W is partly why I also want to get BotRK so that I'm doing more %health damage over straight damage. 4% of enemies current health + the 8% true damage of max health every third hit seems like it would be devastating.
Though question on the BotRK say the opponent has 500 health left 4% of that is 20, does that damage override your basic damage or is it added to it? because if it overrides it then it would kind of gib you more then help you.

One question i would like to know is how much wall is needed to cause a stun, for example do i need to perfectly right angle them into the wall or can i just clip them into the wall and still get a stun? Any other tips and tricks to getting decent condemn shots off would be much appreciated too.
Another question i have is on how to build her. I'm really liking her W and building crit and attack speed to proc it often and have it hit hard. I feel like there is a rhythm almost to using vayne, a simple 2 count on AA then either tumble or condemn them and repeat. Because of this I have been building berserker's greaves, infinity edge and phantom dancer as my first three items. My question is about the bloodthirster/ sanguine blade, depending which map you are on. With the new item blade of the ruined king I'm wondering if that would have some validity over a bloodthirster? I have not done the math yet so I'm kind of guesstamating at this, but the damage is obviously less, but it seems like the sustain would be more, plus the active drain + movement bonus seems really nice to help re-position your self to either escape or get another condemn off. Also the constant 4% of current health paired with her W i feel would be really nice.
Thanks for reading and I appreciate any feedback and overall tips on using her
