In high elo soloqueue (streams), i've only seen one-two good jannas in the past couple months that the streamers were also happy with.

i know 2 people who plays a kickass janna, but apart from the guy i know and krepo, my eyes were never pleased with what overcame them when a janna was in a game.

It's not like Janna is some 1st tier champ that only pro's understand how to use though. She is a great support/midder which confused me as to why she's barely used. I use her quite often, and am currently at a 4:1 win ratio with her.
Janna is a T1 support, her only flav is that she's hard to use.
