It's usually Ganking > Farming > Counterjungling > Ganking
Idk, I don't think Kog's team would win. Vayne's team has so much anti-carry potential that he's pretty much dead no matter what.
With an ADC instantly out of commission, they would already be at a disadvantage, and not to mention the collateral CC from targetting Kog.

Basically, Kog has a lot of stuff to be worried about, but vayne has nothing to worry about really.
She just kites the other team all day and has tons of peel and supporting damage.
Kog'Maw team has a lot of teamfight potential however.
Gragas should lose mid, but be able to farm. Kat can roam and apply a lot of pressure.
Nautilus has really solid ganks and none of the champions on Kog's Team have good escapes.
In the end it kind of boils down to team positioning.
