Level 2 is play time for Leona. Same with 6. When you have EQ you can instantly go for the kill... same with 6. It's pretty much the same for like 90% of support. Excluding things like.. Soraka and Nidalee or something.

good for you. i'm tired of having bad experiences with lvl2 in's. i wait for lvl3 in normal laning, lvl4 if there was even poking. sometimes i just rather wait for a gank, so the jungler is just in time to clear whoever is alive.

Everyone's level three is better, but not everyone has a great level 2, as Leona does. You should abuse that and go for the kills as early as you can. Once you get the first couple, the lane is over.
