Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

i hate tanky assassins that can manage to kill someone with two hits and run away, calmly enough while taking everything else at his face and survive. also, has a gapcloser.
rengar and khazix have a nice playstyle, but i still feel they are a bit op in that regard.

Meh. Kha'Zix was a bit rediculous in his mobility and damage before his recent nerf. The difference between the two to me was that Kha'Zix was super reliable and Rengar is either awesome (in the bushes!) or really easy to avoid.
I do agree his damage-to-tankiness ratio was a bit off for a bit, but then, he doesn't do **** in team fights most of the time, even when he was "OP" and he definitely does next to nothing now. XD
I was okay with how powerful he was 1-v-1 when he was deemed "OP". Why? He didn't team fight. He did exactly what his lore suggests he does; hunt down and kill the strongest adversaries; alone.
