Sirell begs for zac ban and I have no idea how good he is. Although we did get a zac that could the R in ******ed, saying he can't gank and ****. He never slingshot himself into ganks, it was ridiculous.

most of the zacs i play with use their slingshot just to get around places and then go into the teamfights with half hp, same with their ult

"oh i gotta get to lane better slingshot and use my ult to get there in time"

yes in lane ive only played with/against one jungle zac
