Not sure about that... Enemies tend to have much more Armor than Magic resist, even after 
Black Cleaver armor reductions...

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Well, the damage increase was very, very high on Syndra's ult and I didn't generally have that much magic pen on her (in my build, that is). I mean, maybe once I get hybrid pen marks I'll keep building it. Otherwise I guess Seraph's Embrace late game won't hurt.

Now kha'zix will deal even more damage (arp will help with muramana)
