You right, none of the choices making such a big difference and its all about personal preference.

Ty for your advises anyway :)
This is a strong start, but more details on gameplay are needed to justify this as an in-depth guide, as well as more champion match-ups. I understand this is something you are very much still working on, so I expect I shall see this in time, but it still stands as something that needs work.
I like your build and fully agree with your rejection of
Ty for commenting, As you said, still building this guide and alot of undone things that i will publish after thorough writing which i am trying to do as quick as possible according to my free time.
about the runes, i agree that the 1.8x9 ap at level 18 seems like not much, but related to our other options, i think its the most efficient, let me explain:
We solved the mana regen problems as we got the double
Every armor rune will also will be less efficient since we are playing in the middle, and we will probably be facing AP opponent.
The m-res runes in seals are just low scaled, if you take the flat its 0.7x9 which is pretty low (6.3)
and if you take the scaling rune its useless early game (when its truly needed at lane phase) and the exceed the flat ones only at level 8 when laning is about to end, and than 1.8x9 m-res wont be felt anyway, im not saying that 1.8x9 AP will turn up the tides, but i still think that they are the most efficient out of the other runes.
If you perfer most defensive playstyle, i would take the flat m-res glyph 1.34x9 early games can really be effective but it will cost us a loss of alot of ap (3.06x9), not recommended.
