Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

But that's not all... Now, even on aram... People actually play to win

you can still make custom aram games you know, they made it a queue for the people that hated having people dodge constantly because of champions they didnt want, and the whole "not seeing their team" thing is actually more fun and adds more random to it

Well I suppose I'm going for the custom games then, thx for the tip. I did like the fact that you see your enemy team comp more because it encourages to do a quick custom mastery page and summoners, and the whole improvisation aspect of aram is why I like it so much.
