Back when I was actually playing Soraka (before I got frustrated by how little she brings to her team after laning phase), I would frequently use a strategy against enemy poke-based supports where I would [i]let them poke me[/i] and heal off the damage (in the brush, so that they don't see me using my heal) so that they would waste their mana. Then it doesn't matter as much how useful I was to my ADC, because the enemy support couldn't be useful to their ADC at all. Now, granted, all three of those supports can easily beat a Soraka lane. They all have hard CC to enable all-ins against Soraka, and Soraka really doesn't have much to prevent that except to hope that her ADC is still alive after the CC wears off so that Soraka can heal them.[/quote]

[/quote] you don't poke back aginst poke/sustain... you engage. meanwhile, don't be stupid by being poked for free. Refreshing isn't it ;p [/quote] Its refreshing but still, [[Soraka]] still lacks a lategame, her heals and all is very useful in laning phase and early teamfights but later she becomes kinda useless[/quote]
