Fidd, Yi, and Veigar aren't duelists. Fizz isn't reeaalllly a duelist either.
Fidd has sustain, but once you CC him he dies.
Yi, Veigar, and Fizz are all burst. By that logic, Leblanc is a great duelist. She can kill me before I kill her, OP! Build tanky enough to survive a full round and you win.

Play KoS in customs alot and the dominating champs are like Sion, WW, Heimer, Fidds vs no cc, and Jax. There are counters to them and other good champs but those are overall really strong in 1v1 vs a random champ (keep in mind fidds vs no cc)
