I have seen it, quickly clicked around pages 1-5 of the most recent blogs but can't find any examples either. Though some of the blogs I checked had no tags, but it didn't say "Array" either, so.

Well, I have reported it to the dev team but it might take them a while to get to since it's not really hurting anything and there are other, more important, bugs to fix.

Is this some sort of bug for when you don't specify any tags or something? I thought it might be a coding error if it's supposed to be an "Array" of tags.
