[Suggestion] Guide Comment Rework

Do you think the comment system for guides need a rework?

So I'm proposing three changes.

1) That comments are ordered reverse chronologically. This would be a benefit to users in many ways. One, if you look at the first page, the comments refer to the original guide. For older guides, these comments can refer to mechanics that no longer exist, items that have been changed, and a meta that has shifted. For instance, the first few pages of my Ashe guide discuss Stark's Fervor and Madred's Bloodrazor. As you can imagine, these comments are absolutely *useless* to anyone wanting to read about discussion concerning Ashe today. For newer guides, these first few pages will more than likely not relate to the guide, as it has been improved to reflect feedback. Most other guide sites utilise the reverse chronological order functionality for comments.

2) There should be a field to enter a comment at the bottom of a guide. As it is, commenting is actually discouraged, as people have to jump from the bottom of the guide to the Discussion tab, and then scroll all the way to the bottom to comment. So this is two suggestions in one: a comment box should be available at the bottom of the guide page, AND at the top of the discussion page.

3) Guide comments should have a reply functionality. Like Q&A, this would allow guide authors to respond directly to specific comments. I feel as if this function would allow for better control of conversations, and encourage specifically downvoters to return to see if the author has replied as the reply will be directly visible and easier to find. Additionally, threads of specific questions can easily be found, for example, "Why do you get Last Whisper on Ashe, over Black Cleaver?". This is the change I would like the most. MobaFire already has the coding/technology as per Q&A, and I can only see the benefits. With MobaFire's lack of a notification system, this seems to be the best possible way to keep track of posts.

Thoughts? Other ideas? I know the majority of these requests may be a large drain on dev resources, but I do believe the changes would overall be beneficial.

1) If we do that with Guide comments, I'd like the forums done this way too, for consistency across the site.

2) Yes.

3) Yes- as long as the guide author gets "preference" / their responses are more prominently visible on their own guides questions. If that makes sense.

Bad idea. For one, pretty much no one organizes forums this way, so a lot of people would be confused. Secondly, the OP of a forum thread is incredibly valid (seriously, more people need to read those) while the first few comments of an old guide are completely irrelevant.
Thanks to Lugignaf for the sig!

I particularly think this rework would benefit guides with lots of comments.

Well you could argue the same thing for the OP that a guide maker has within their comments. Updates to the guide, planned improvements, change log, etc. I'd say that first comment is fairly important.

"But Joe, that's what the guide is for. You can put a change log there, updates and thanks and whatnot too!"

Lots of guide makers put a "reserved" first post. Explain that to me, because I don't get it.

"Well it's just as easy to get to on the last page, just click on the last page and you'll be right there to see it."

Got me in a pickle there don't you? It appears I have been defeated! Noooooo! *dramatic camera pan up*
