I had a few questions about Runaan's Hurricane

It's fairly strong on [[Caitlyn]], [[Kog'Maw]], and [[Varus]]. And to a lesser extent, [[Twisted Fate]] and [[Kennen]] As a last, or close to last item when offense is needed.[/quote]
