I don't think it's a good idea.
As it is now, some people are already using it to input everything they can think of into the notes. Which is probably what brings you to this question.
It's supposed to be just that. A note. 1 line of quick TL;DR only. Anything that's longer you should explain it in their respective chapters/sections.
By doing what you have in mind it will attract more people to simply put everything in the cheat sheet notes and left it out in their supposed section. At least that's what I think.

Ok, I can see your point. What about moving the column builds?
For example

it would be really nice to have the feature to move these where we want
for example I want the early game build down in the second column, as I think it would look nicer

I'd still be happy with the ability to rearrange purchase orders without having to re-do all the itemization when I want to add a new block early in the build.

Another good improvement would be to smallen the width of an item icon in the cheat sheet. I figured that, right now, it should be 40. If it was, for example, 35, we could list more columns in a single line.
Also, "+ Notes" could be replaced by a "?".
