Either you play a shit-tonne of co-op vs ai where people give honour for nothing, or you're getting honour from new players who care about the honour system. I can play Sona on my main account and end the game 0/0/30, call MIAs, have 10 wards placed on the map at all times, save allies every 30 seconds and be a super nice person in-game, and not get one honour from the enemies or allies.
