Yeah, I'm currently testing out playing with 1 hp quint, 1 gold quint and 1 ad quint. I'm probably going to archive this guide soon, anyways.

try dual pen reds and hp quints. gp10 is pretty much just luxury since you have all you need with just a sightstone. extra HP gives you better all-ins and scale well with thresh armor gains. upvoted otherwise, just needs some tweaking.

I've just read an article where C9 LemonNation says

They're like: "Okay, gotta buy , , /... oh **** this isn't as good anymore :<"

It's not a big change, as I've found out. Junglers rush that damn Locket so fast you're never bothered with buying it for the most part. Most supports will probably just get Shuraliyas, boots and sightstone and call it a day.

Often it's Shurelya's Battlesong or Mikael's Blessing. (Depending on if you get philo at all)
Randuin's Omen is great, especially because the duration keeps going up due to Damnation.
Maybe list Twin Shadows as a possible disengage tool.
Don't list Aegis. It's way too expensive and doesn't really do anything for thresh.
Doran's Shield is an early-game specific item against heavy harass or if you are forced back early and cannot afford your Ruby Crystal.

Don't worry about it, I know how GMD is and I've learnt to read through it. I'm pretty sure I've said this before but despite him being arrogant on a regular bases, he does have some good points every once in a while :)
