It seems to be, Riot does something at PBE which will probably mean goodbye for our lovely Blue Ezreal. Not only does Trinity Force now give bonus movement speed if attacking instead of slowing, there is also a really big change to it:

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

That makes Irelia so ****ing scary in lane.

She last hits a minion near you with Q and suddenly has +60 movespeed, and the cooldown on it is refreshed.
