Great video but I think its flawed. Its backbone is stats that are misinterpreted. In fact a league member already made a great video on how statistics are easily misinterpreted. Gbay99's Misreading League of Legends Statistics is more focused on items, but its the same fundamental.
Don't get me wrong, teamwork does win games, but in all brackets of skill there is abuse of the report button. People who get reported aren't always the "troll", more often than not its the flamer who is doing the reporting. A better approach for Riot would be to release a video that focused more on how team play will directly win the game instead of using hypothetical morale for winning the game, they could have focused more on how synergy with other player can lead to more objectives or better trades in fights or even relinquish the need to trade to win the fight.

Does teamwork win more games?

It takes a lot to win a game of League of Legends: focus, skill and teamwork, just to name a few things. Teamwork is especially intriguing to us (duh!), so we dug deep to find out if team players actually win more games than their solo-minded counterparts.
What we found was intriguing and eye-opening. Teamwork is a skill you learn, not some magic CS number you hit or a phenomenal KDA you boast. In this video, we're going to talk about the positive effects of working together and how you can personally up your winning chances by promoting teamwork and being a team player.
