What's your opinion on black cleaver to get to 40% CDR with Spirit Visage and Frozen Heart, in place of Bloodthirster? I'm a low level player, and so can't get the remaining 10% from runes and masteries. My reasoning is that it would boost your AD and also shred their armour in a similar way to Wit's End.

Sucks because WW doesn't do a lot of AD damage, although I suppose it could do be decent if you're peeling for your ADC so you can shred the enemy tanks' armor for your ADC.

I used to run this build all the time back when LS was still at 6% with quilts but now that it's only 4.5%, this build is a lot riskier. Before, I could pretty much bully anyone....even my counters but now you have to be very careful. What I've found is that most people seem to overlook your sustain and will try to bully you in lane. They think that your noob because you go ww top. This is the PERFECT situation to get fed lol. I love owning people like that hahaha. Do you still consider ww to be viable top lane in higher tiers?

Yeah, but not really with this setup anymore, all the lifesteal nerfs have pretty much killed this playstyle. The ideal way to play WW top now is with Doran's Rings and spamming Q, rather than lifestealing your enemies to hell. May as well archive this, seeing as I never even play top lane anymore, let alone WW.

Feral Flare -> Boots -> Sunfire Aegis -> Wit's End -> Randuin's Omen/ Spirit Visage -> Blade of the Ruined King

That worked out for me as long it was on PBE (But how to judge about things at PBE). You also have to respect that Feral Flare adds a form of defense to your build, as it works actually the same way like your passive. To note, unstacked, it will add a 109.5 heal to your ult and per stack 6.5. And if you jungle only until 6, it actually has around 22 stacks already, so it should be ready for your first or second ultimate. Also, the AS this build reaches is insane.

At 37 stacks aquired after you get Feral Flare you would actually heal for 350, the same amount of HP Spirit of the Ancient Golem gives. And that is just the ult then.

Also, will you try out the new Feral Flare for Junglewick? Is it then possible to create an on-hit build which instantly burns down squishies containing Feral Flare, Wit's End and Blade of the Ruined King, combined with defense items?

I honestly have no ****ing clue about his ult. It's a weird *** spell that no one really understands.

I will try out Feral Flare, but I'm not sure I'll like it. Spirit of the Ancient Golem into Wit's End into Sunfire Aegis is already so amazing because WW does so much magic damage, that Wit's End's MR reduction makes a huge diffference on him. After Sunfire he's both unkillable and does even more damage.

I don't think I'll like Feral Flare because it's unlikely to do more damage than Wit's End (the on-hit probably will, but will the on-hit be so huge that it makes up for huge damage increase provided by the MR reduction?), and you can't take both Wit's End and Feral Flare straight away because you'd be too squishy. Right now, the ideal way to build WW jungle is one tank item (Sotag), followed by his best damage item (Wit's End), followed by another tank item (Sunfire). Trying to throw Feral Flare into the mix in a viable build would likely mean either being 1 tank item behind during your first 3 items, as you have to build both Feral Flare and Wit's End, or you'd have to take Wit's End super late despite it being your strongest damage item.

I can't say for sure without having tested the item for a few times, it's entirely possible I'm wrong and I fall in love with Feral Flare, but atm it doesn't seem like I'll be taking it.

You seem to be a master of Warwick, so here are some questions about his ultimate:

I read at the wiki that the 30% lifesteal of Infinite Duress include on-hit magic damage. What is then with physical on-hit damage? And what is if you get further lifesteal, is that increased or not? And how now spellvamp affects this, since it is actually magic damage? Eternal Thirst is on-hit magic damage, so does it count for that aswell?

Also, will you try out the new Feral Flare for Junglewick? Is it then possible to create an on-hit build which instantly burns down squishies containing Feral Flare, Wit's End and Blade of the Ruined King, combined with defense items?

Is Ravenous Hydra a good option for wawick ? because it help a lots with eave clear and tbh the only problem i have with ww is that.

What do you think of Ravenous Hydra instead of BOTRK for split pushes? (Or even as a second lifesteal item if you feel confident that you don't need more mr from Spirit Visage right away?) I've tried this build and have tinkered around with hydra and it seems to work fairly well sometimes, though I'm playing at a much lower tier than you.

Good guide. I've tried WW on top some time ago and he's excellent! My build is almost the same, as your's, and it fits WW perfect : ). I would prefer to build Wit's End as first item (ofc if you are doing well) as it gives you high chance to kill your opponent on lane, without jungler help.

People seems to don't know how to manage with Warwick on top. I still see many of them building armor against Warwick. That's why this champ is awesome to play! : D

Warwick was my first champ from free play and bought using IP when i first started playing this wonderful game of LoL,this is a great guide and I have not lost since using it ^_^ he is my favorite champ and this is a great guide so I thank you for making it!

Something i would like to point out, the top of your guide shows starting with the shield but in the items i dont see that, i see the flask instead.

Also see that you have a pic up of the old masteries and wanted to know if there was a point to still having those up.

Wooooo 100th comment in this discussion!

I think the math for infinite duress wouldbe at lv 18: 84(Spell damage)+AD X 0.4+48(eternal thirst)+42(wit's end)+ 5% of the target actual hp in each hit(botrk)X5 (5 hits).and i think the ad is mitigated trough resistances. Not sure about warwick passive and the wit's end passive.
