if you are not having fun with the community try to grab up some nice people and just play with them. thats what i do. normals/aram/one for all...the fun ****..i do that most of the time with friends. ranked is a second thought to me. a game is supposed to be fun. so either don't let the chumps get you down or switch to a new game...maybe you just need a break from it for awhile. i know i have taken a few extended breaks.

It may be that you are holisticly uninterested in the game, or it could be that you are just playing/experiencing league in a less appealing light.
I wasn't crazy about league for quite a while. It wasn't until someone snapped back at me during a normals game that I had realized that I was being too critical however. Here's the eye-opening advice they gave me:

Pardon my french, but to be honest, you should never beat people up over how they play. ever. That includes yourself. That just doesn't make sense. If you're looking to improve, instead of pressuring yourself to do better, just spend a minute reflecting in every post-game screen thinking, "what did i do well, how could I have done better in that game, and what do I frequently find that i need improvement?"

I find I get the most angry at this game in Solo queue. Until I find a group of people that I can consistently play with, I barely ever do ranked. The outcomes are just to random. You can play your best but in the end, if someone wants to afk or troll or just refuse to play, you're going to get a free win, or a insta-loss. It's frustrating.
I find myself doing nothing but 3v3s these days when I play alone. Seems to lessen the chance of trolls. When I can get a few friends, we often do 5s or duo queue - which does make it easier.

Think you should try something new if you go back and forth your never gonna get anywhere and from what you told us is that its not working out yea league is fun for some but not all enjoy it just how people are some can be an *** don't become an *** :D
Play with friends. Find some people that will be patient with you when you're frustrated and supportive when you're trying to learn. If you meet someone friendly who uses team work and has a good attitude, add them after the game. A lot of people will accept friend requests if you're courteous to them. Play with people better than you, or just find some people at your skill level that you can have fun with. I've played the vast majority of my ~2500 games in premade lobbies with friends. If I had to play every single game with a bunch of random jerks, I might have given up on this game by now.
Also if you're looking to improve, look for people to play with who are more knowledgeable and experienced than you and actually listen to their advice. Watch streams and youtube videos, read some guides with a critical eye, spectate a high elo player playing one of your main champions and watch what decisions they make throughout a game. This might sound like homework but I love doing stuff like this. You might be surprised at how much you enjoy learning and improving if you really apply yourself to it.

I've had a time as well when I was just done with the fact that people are just flaming you for nothing, so I also took a break from it. For me it was just the problem that I cared too much about the game, how stupid it might sound. Nowadays I just play customs and ARAM's and the new One for All and that kinda stuff, I don't really care about joining the meta anymore. I quitted playing rankeds, except for maybe a troll ranked team now and then that just feeds the **** out of everything for no reason. Also I just play bot games and learn low levels to improve in their champion in terms of how to use their abilities. After I've done these kinda things, I saw that I was just caring too much about the meta, and not about the joy of the game. I don't bother people if they're going ADC
Maokai or stuff like that, I happily salute them and just join them with my own derpy champion build with a revive/GA
Zilean.
TL;DR Focus on the fun, not on the meta. It makes the game you play so much more enjoyable (I'm not saying that you shouldn't join the meta at all, if you enjoy it that way just get on with the meta).

nog even kort samengevat: een lampje is voor dove mensen, een ratelapparaat voor blinden. het mooiste is natuurlijk een combinatie van beide: een lampje met een ratelapparaat, voor het geval er iemand langskomt die blind én doof is.

That's what I see in this game:
You can get the most fun out of it by playing to your limit, no matter if you win or lose, as long as it was challenging. Best way to improve.
But that's only ~100% possible in high level ranked.
Somewhere else you'll get trolled, stomped, flamed or just dragged down.
It's not comparable, but this is mostly the reason why I didn't do any big PvP (except lvl 19/29 xP) in WoW:
PvP changes the mindset of ppl and therefore their behaviour.
If you get pissed of by that, try to find some good games including Coop.
WoW Guild/Dungeons/Raids were the best you could get some years ago, but atm there isn't something long lasting and mesmerizing as this and the next best instance that could come to mind would be Blizz next MMO (not Destiny...) but as far as they ridicule themselves with mainstream BS, they tend to screwed it over big time.
tl.dr;
Stuff like LoL is sth you can do on the side, 2-3 games a day because you suddenly feel like it before switching back to your "main" game.
