Bad in my opnion. Why no tear of a goddes? And I know RoA is in almost evry build but it is realy bad becouse it dosent give you usful passive. When I see this build I can't believe it is a PRO gamer guide.
I use builds like Chemicaly Driven or a Dyrus build (season 1/2 but still good) I think they are much better than this guide. Oh, my post is quite aggresive sry don't hate ;D
And try some FULL AP singed realy anizing 1k dmg flinging = tons of fun.

I never said damage isn't useful on Singed. I said he doesn't focus on damage. Damage is only a complement that comes along with tankiness on items such as RoA, Abyssal, Sunfire.
The spell-vamp is also mostly for the early game sustain.
Also, Amumu's build isn't special. And if Singed is like Amumu are you suggesting Amumu should buy a tear or some stupid pure-damage item lmao
I don't think you understand the itemization process. You don't buy items just because the stats are good or they complement a champion.
Singed's lane phase is already relatively weak. You're basically saying "let's make his early game worse for an item that will give damage and mana later on".
Singed's role in a teamfight is to soak up damage and spells and then fling the enemy carries or force them off. He has a poor early game - Roa fixes that and gives him a smooth mid game. He needs tankiness to go in - items give him that. He needs more presence - Frozen heart / Randuin's gives him that. All these tanky items are built SO he can survive and charge past enemies in a fight.
It's like you're suggesting to buy deathcaps on initiators.

RoA is bought on Singed because it excels on him early game and mid game. At end game people just sell it for some other tanky item.
