Sunfire Aegis is good for damage but NOT for tankiness. It provides substantial tankiness but not the most you'd want out of it. You need to build more armor in the form of a Ninja Tabi or Randuin's Omen and only finish an early Spectre's Cowl or even Abyssal Mask if you're Maokai or Sejuani.The MR it provides is about as good as a Spirit Visage or Banshee's Veil anyways. Sometimes I build both for the health regen stacking with the spirit visage boost. Just what I do with tanking though. You can't just soak damage and heal. You need to kill people while doing it as well so you can take at least 1-2 people before you die or barely survive the fight. Hence why Dr. Mundo is so good, not only because of his health regen but his strong auto attacks, cc reduct, and a current health consuming ability.

With S4 JUST starting, I've decided I want to actually play to win, so I'm starting early with a lot of ranked games. For a while, the name is going to be different, 'cause I did a dumb name change, but it's still me!
