This thread is pretty much based around a obvious question. But I'm willing to put up with hard to read threads if the alternative is having them written in a different language.
And when you buff a lot of weaker top laners ie (Garen, Teemo) instead of nerfing the bad ones that's still going to make the current FotM champs seem **** in comparison.

Basically MOBAFire.

oh right olaf he exists, and i guess trundle and sej only really got tweaks to their abilities but still different enough

also her old passive was too strong combined with her healing/shield, i do prefer her old tether though since it slowed and actually reached longer than what the target indicator said

Riot's rework process (In a nutshell):

Step 1. Admit a champion sucks/is toxic. Let's use Heimerdinger as an example.

Step 2. Give said champion small buffs and prepare it for a rework.

Step 3. Give said champion the rework.

Step 4. People still won't use him. Better buff it 3 patches in a row.

Step 5. Visual update! Plus more buffs! Congrats, people love Heimerdinger now and bought all his skins!

Step 6. Woah, slow down there community. Heimerdinger is too strong now that you've all spent RP on him and his skins. Nerfs incoming.

Step 7. Nerf it to the ****ing ground. It's coming. People will complain about Heimerdinger until he's nerfed and not used again.

Step 8. Pick another champion to redo this cycle on.

you do have to admit that his ult turret is too ****ing strong right now and the fact that you cant really gank him unless the mid laner constantly clears his turrets and even then post 6 he can just ult turret and if you as a jungler dont have smite up then failed gank

Read this, its by Statikk

Kassadin: We're looking to give Kassadin more favorable opportunities to close into melee with his targets and make sure he is rewarded correctly when he successfully does so. We also want to continue to focus on amplifying Kassadin's unique strengths against magic damage.

Gragas: We're looking to free up some of the constraints we put on Gragas' mobility so he can more readily initiate and better function as a tank in fights.

Rengar: We're looking at cleaning up some of the responsiveness issues we may have introduced with the rework and want to make sure Rengar can better compete during the early game in Top Lane and in the Jungle.
Did my comment helped you? +Rep would be appreciated

I like the new Xerath to be honest. The new q has so much more utility. The ultimate... well I liked the old one better but all things considered I play the new Xerath much more than I did the old one.

Spoiler: Click to view

I find this very true. There's a reason Riot used months to rework Kassadin, as they wanted players to have time to buy skins and so on. Well said, sir

Well tbh the reworks these days are pretty solid. Kassadin's been getting tons of toning for several patches consecutively and the new kit really kind of sorts things out. Also, in my opinion the skarner one isnt necessarily bad.
