Here's the full Nagi no Asukara soundtrack. Everything but the OPs and EDs is amazing. The only other OST that can match it is the monogatari series OST in my opinion.

Well I don't think it deserves an 8.0 but 7.0 is a bit too low in my opinion.

YouTube doesn't feel like cooperating right now so I can't comment on your specific tune but I enjoyed the music too. There was one OP I'd like to point out when Google's mercy is upon me again and the ISP gods have calmed down.
I watched some(~6.283185)(:P) episodes of Hyouka and I think it's a little dull. I mean, it's totally awesome to find out who locked the door or where the box is. Only one of the characters is actually interested, and she even needs to remind herself(and everyone else) of it every episode. I might come back to it later.
EDIT: Came back to it and it got better.

Currently reading the manga UQ Holder, that stuff is pretty tight and you'd never know that even being immortal would still mean you are not invincible.

Same author as Magister Negi Magi and also indicated to be related to the main series.

And about Nagi no Asukara, I am almost at the end, 22 episodes atm. The pacing is nice, don't know how the last 2 episodes will convince me or so.
But I will give it a 7.0 on my MAL list as is it now.
Edit: watched everything now. It was a 6 at the end tho
