Great guide! It could use a little more fleshing out though, like maybe some alternate items. For instance, no items that provide Magic Resist are listed, which may be helpful if your team lacks tanks, and they have lots of AP champs. Spirit Visage might be a good pick in that case.

I would say, Strength of Spirit is a big waste as you don't get much mana and this way Recovery would be more usefull. Else a nice build.

I like the guide, but it also seems very raw and unfinished. There is little to no explanation about how to actually play the lane, or how the setup really works. There are no reasons given for why certain ADCs work well with Support GP or why some do not, and when introducing a more radical meta-breaking shift in how to play an AD bruiser in a support role, that kind of information is rather crucial to give people. If you put stuff like that in I'd give this a thumbs up with no problem, but as it is it still just seems... lacking.

I like the build. Its 'fun on a bun' to play. Just have a few things to suggest.

I think upgrading Targon's Brace to Face of the Mountain should definitely be recommended prior to upgrading to Statikk Shiv or Infinity Edge. Everything about it is good. Especially the 4 charges of it's Spoils. One Parrrley into a group of low minions with Iceborn Gauntlet and that's a lot of Gold for you and your teammate(s).

Some alternative items would be useful as well. For when you're team lacks a strong tank.

Like building Atma's Impaler out of the Avarice Blade instead of Shiv when the enemy team has 3+ AD champs (or really fed ones). Along with a Warmog's Armor, there would be good synergy when you don't have a dedicated Tank on the team.

Also, Ravenous Hydra can be a good pick for the Passive, in combination with Face of the Mountain. Since Parrrley applies it's on-hit too, with Statikk Shiv, Iceborn Gauntlet, and Hydra, Parrrley can give potentially 30+ bonus gold from 1 cast. Plus the Lifesteal, the HP regen, and the dmg, it can be useful if the team needs more dmg.

I wouldn't count out Ionian Boots of Lucidity as a potential grab. Your mana pool isn't that small after getting Iceborn Gauntlet. Though, Ninja Tabi are almost required if enemy adc gets ahead at all.

I think the item part of the cheetsheet could be done better, kinda looks messy atm. Try making it into sections like starting items ; 1st recall items ; defensive item choices ; offensive item choices ; full build or so :)
If you're a support don't take Double-Edged Sword , try Expose Weakness instead to make ur adc deal more dmg.
The guide itself is way too short :(
