Feast, it is also a type of farming and stacks with your shield.
Anything with Pyromania, Ryze or Tristana's passive seems OP.
Just a thought:

Decent early game, she can stun through Mystic Shot or Nether Blade+AA, her ult if she wants to initiate. Rewind give her lots of utility, and Riftwalk on a long-range champ who can proc Nether Blade easily is a cool bonus.
