If Riot says the Hex Core is going to be slot efficient, then I'm pretty confident it will be (120 AP ftw!)

We'll have to see how the E is going to work out. Him losing burst is quite bad, but adding a basic attack in his full spell rotation is going to make up for that anyway AND he'll be able to take down turrets more easily.

About extra utility on upgraded spells; I've seen gaining health back on Q cast & increased silence from Arcane Storm (W). Don't know how much truth there's to be found in those ideas though.

I do hope they reduce his cooldowns.

Yea Jani, if Q affects his autos then people will start buying Lich Bane later in the game for DA BARST. Meaning Viktor's secondary objective will be to help kill towers.

yea Viktor has the second highest AoE burst currently, just behind Xerath. He's also a massive lane bully to anything with equal or lower range than him.

Questionable rework of his kit, but as is, anything is a push in the right direction. I would've still loved to see his augment be a trinket.
