Since you must be able to use Q and E to farm/pressure. Therefore possibly get Chalice vs ap champs or a C. Flask and later Sheen-Triforce. Many options, BRK, or other lifesteal, some CDR is good aswell :D [/list] My main point is pretty much to play him 21-9 and offensively. Doing trades in lane removing minion agro with E, using Q for the double attack and having W ready. Really all seems like agressive abilities to me and ofc. there is Voli's R which is actually huge dmg if he gets the hits in with 21-9. This is also why im using Hybrid pen. marks and 1 Hybrid pen. Quintesse on 21-9. The Magic pen. working with E+R+Sunfire+some AP from Triforce. I am picking Triforce over BRK, the early phage is just great, not having to buy dorans or boots. And as I said the extra mana is nice + Sheen's passive is giving great burst mid and early late game. I dont find that you need all that AS since you max W, and the lifesteal really isnt necessary when u have ur passive and a "high" HP early on. Tho I do regularly buy a Dorans blade, if the laning phase is dragging or if im the main dmg. dealer on the team in the midgame. Again there are so many good items for voli and even more situational one's.[/quote]
